SAN JOSE — Two men have been arrested in connection with the 2021 killing of a man in downtown San Jose whose death was a mystery for several months before the coroner’s office declared it was a homicide, authorities said.San Jose police officers were patrolling the area near Discovery Meadow off Woz Way on Sept. 13, 2021 when they found a man unconscious and not breathing, according to the police department. He was pronounced dead at the scene, but the cause and circumstances were not immediately clear.In March 2022, the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office ruled that 40-year-old Wayne Ham had been the victim of a homicide, police said. (KRON) -- A suspect wanted in connection to the shooting of a 4-year-old girl in Oakland last week turned himself into authorities Sunday, according to the Oakland Police Department. Lamarion Griffin, 19, was wanted in connection to the shooting which occurred on May 31, just before 9 p.m. on the 3400 block of 68th Avenue in Oakland.
